One of our most popular flavours. Our award-winning Toffee Vodka came about when Alan decided to experiment with some homemade toffee. The result couldn’t have been better! Smooth, luxurious and a tiny bit decadent. Its strong caramel flavours are certain to delight lovers of all things sweet. For maximum enjoyment; we recommend storing it in the freezer and drinking it as a shot.
The 56
We wanted to create a Vodka befitting of our name, and thus – The 56 was born! This premium strength spirit comes out of the still at a heady 96%! From there we take the heart of the spirit, filtering only once, to reduce it down to 56%. The result is an exquisitely soft and creamy vodka with a delicate, warming kick and hints of potato and fennel.

Orange Gin
When it came to our first Gin, we wanted to live up to the (very high) standards set by our vodkas. After some time in the lab, we came up with this beautiful, zesty Orange Gin. Distilled in traditional copper pots and containing five different varieties of oranges. This superb gin has a flavour and consistency that is ‘reserved, but distinct’. A charming and refreshing experience!
