Ingredients
50 ml 55 Above Pineapple Vodka
25 ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Simple Syrup
50 ml Club Soda
1 Lemon Slice
Directions
Add 55 Above Pineapple vodka, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain contents into a tall Collins glass with fresh ice.
Top up with club soda and garnish with a slice of lemon.
