Ingredients
50 ml 55 Above Coconut Vodka
50 ml Ginger Ale
25 ml Lime Juice
1 dash Sugar Syrup
6 Mint Leaves
Directions
Add the lime juice and mint leaves to a shaker and crush the contents.
Add 55 Above Coconut Vodka and sugar syrup and shake ingredients together.
Pour into Hiball glass with crushed ice and top up with ginger ale.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
