Ingredients
50 ml 55 Above Pineapple Vodka
50 ml Toasted Coconut
25 ml Amaretto
25 ml Sour Mix
25 ml Sweetened Coconut Milk
2 dash Angostura Bitters
1 Pineapple Wedge
1 Umbrella
Directions
Combine all ingredients plus 10 ice cubes in a blender and process until smooth.
Serve in a large hurricane glass with toasted coconut topping.
Garnish with umbrella and pineapple wedge.
