25 ml 55 Above Toffee Vodka
25 ml Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
25 ml Milk
1 Sprinkle Cocoa Powder
Directions
Pour the 55 Above Toffee vodka and Kahlua into a rocks glass with ice and stir.
Add in the milk and garnish using cocoa powder.
